PRAYER CHAIN CALLING TREE

Trinity UMC has established a calling tree for prayer requests, concerns and praises. By making a call to the church office or Pastor Micki, 316-210-3996. Anyone is able to make a request. The message is sent out by phone in the late afternoon to all those who have requested to be part of the Prayer Chain. In this way the request will be passed along with the same information given to everyone thus preventing misunderstandings and inaccurate information.

On Sundays, you may also sign the prayer request form in the pew attendance pad and leave in the offering plate as it is passed or given to the usher to be lifted up during the worship service.  Church office number is 316-321-4235.

PRAYER SHAWL MINISTRY

This is an outreach ministry which provides comfort and peace for those suffering with illness, loss, and uncertainty in their lives. When a need is identified a visit is made to the person and a crocheted or knitted shawl is given. These are made and donated by members of the church and after having been blessed during a worship service they are given to those to show they are not alone - we care.

Donations Welcome

The Mission Committee is collecting "Campbell's" labels and "Box Tops for Education" from all General Mills cereals and other General Mills products. Please save the UPC code from Campbell's canned products label and the small label that says "Box Tops for Education". A basket is provided in the kitchen or they may be given to a Mission Committee member.

Two collection points are located near both doors at Trinity for non-perishable food items for the Salvation Army. Canned meats, fruits, vegetables, pasta, peanut butter, crackers are always needed.
